Context

It should be noted that Citrahold is a hobby project, and this website is run solely by myself, Jamie Adams (regimensocial).

Citrahold is not affiliated with Citra, Nintendo, or any other company or organisation. It is purely a homebrew project, and is not endorsed by any company or organisation.

Citrahold in this context is the name of the website and the service ran here. Citrahold, this website and service, was created by me, Jamie Adams. Every aspect of it exists as Open Source Software, and is available on my GitHub (https://github.com/regimensocial). Due to this, other people are able to run their own version of Citrahold, and if other instances of Citrahold do get created, I am not responsible for how they run their version of Citrahold. This document only applies to this version of Citrahold, and not any other version of Citrahold.

Citrahold does not refer to any legal name, company or organisation. It is simply the name of the website and service ran here. If an entity named Citrahold currently exists, or is created in the future, this document will not apply to it. This document only applies to this website, and nothing else.

When you is used in this document, it refers to the user of this website, and not any other user of Citrahold. When we/me/us is used in this document, it refers to the owner of this website, and not any other owner of Citrahold.

• Citrahold must only be used for purposes that fall under the law of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
• Citrahold must not be used to transfer and store saves of illegitimate copies of any software or video game. We trust that you have dumped your own copies of software and video games, and that you are not using Citrahold with any pirated software or video games.
